Our review framework, illustrated. This is not a customer audit or a ranking result.
WHEN THIS WORK HELPS
Fix the issues that keep good content from working harder.
For B2B owners and marketing teams with an existing website, a real offer and a need to connect content decisions with engineering work. Site access, data availability and internal responsibilities shape the scope.
Important pages exist but are difficult to discover or navigate.
Articles overlap while buyers' practical questions remain unanswered.
Canonical URLs, redirects or templates behave differently in production than expected.
A previous audit produced recommendations without owners or acceptance checks.
SCOPE AND OUTPUTS
One clear route from findings to fixes.
We agree on access, deliverables and checks for your environment.
Technical SEO audit
Inventory public URLs and examine representative templates, status codes, canonical addresses, sitemap, robots behavior and rendered content. Private systems remain outside acquisition.
Deliverable: URL-level findings with evidence, impact, owners and proposed checks.
Content and information architecture
Map the questions your audience needs answered to existing pages. Separate guides from commercial landings, improve internal links and identify genuine gaps before proposing more articles.
Deliverable: Page-purpose map, consolidation recommendations and prioritized editorial briefs.
Scoped implementation
Address agreed issues in metadata, redirects, templates, structured data and content presentation. Review deployment dependencies and preserve existing URLs or equivalent destinations where appropriate.
Deliverable: Versioned changes, isolated verification and an approved release plan with recovery.
Measurement and handover
Use available Search Console and analytics data with clear periods and limitations. Separate an implemented fix from later indexing, traffic and commercial outcomes.
Deliverable: Baseline definitions, verification record and a maintainable improvement backlog.
HOW THE WORK PROGRESSES
A clear handover at each step.
01
Agree on the question
Define the audience, important journeys, current platform, access and business objective. An audit of a sample is not a certification of every page.
02
Diagnose with evidence
Compare served behavior, editorial sources and available search data. Explain which findings are verified and which still need access or investigation.
03
Implement and release deliberately
Agree on the fixes, responsibilities and acceptance checks. Test the relevant templates and publish only within the approved release scope.
04
Review the outcome
Confirm the public artifact, document remaining issues and observe discovery over time. Search engines control indexing and rankings; a deploy does not prove either.
BEFORE WE START
Questions to settle early.
Price, timing, access and support follow the agreed project scope.
How is this different from your AEO service?
SEO focuses on the site's search and content foundation. Our AEO work adds explicit attention to answer questions, claim fidelity and observation of AI citations. They share foundations but can have different deliverables; neither requires duplicating the same pages.
Can you implement fixes, or only provide an audit?
Implementation can be part of the agreed scope. We first review the stack, repository access, hosting, approvals and rollback requirements. An audit does not automatically authorize production changes.
Will you guarantee a ranking or traffic increase?
No. We can agree on research, implementation and verification deliverables, not a guaranteed position or traffic outcome. Baseline, period and business relevance must be defined before reporting improvement.
Do we need to rebuild the website?
Not by default. We evaluate the existing platform and its native capabilities. A focused change may be sufficient; a migration needs a separate justification, URL plan and recovery strategy.
Will old pages be deleted?
Not simply because they are old or have little traffic in one period. We inventory content, intent and available history before proposing preservation, improvement or an equivalent redirect.
Is a long article always better for SEO?
No. The right depth depends on the question and reader. Long-form work should add useful explanations, examples and decisions, not repeat paragraphs to satisfy a supposed ranking formula.
What should we send first?
Describe the website, the discovery problem and the outcome you want to improve. A public site address is useful; do not send passwords, customer records or confidential exports through the inquiry form.
