AEO & GEO SERVICES FOR B2B
Build a stronger presence in AI search with content that answers buying questions, technical foundations that support discovery and a clear plan for improving your most important pages.
Share your website and goals. We’ll discuss the scope of your audit.
DIAGNOSIS BEFORE MORE CONTENT
Buyers are comparing options before they reach your website. Make your services easier to understand, support your claims and give readers a clear path to the next conversation.
The page, observed behavior, evidence and impact. Unavailable data stays unmeasured; a sample does not certify the entire site.
A prioritized backlog, proposed responsibilities and acceptance checks. Content, technical fixes and release approval are scoped separately.
Repeat the same check after an agreed change. A corrected page is an implementation result, not proof of a ranking or AI citation.
Start with your public URL and the decision you need to make. Access, deliverables, price and timing are agreed after review. Do not send credentials or customer records.
THE CHANGING SEARCH JOURNEY
In Pew Research Center’s 2025 study, traditional search results received clicks on 8% of Google visits with an AI summary, compared with 15% without one.

STRATEGY THROUGH IMPLEMENTATION
Get a prioritized audit, buyer-focused content recommendations, scoped technical implementation and a measurement plan.
Find what holds your most important pages back. Review content, crawlability and the path from a buyer’s question to your offer.
Deliverable: Page-level findings, evidence and a prioritized improvement plan.
Answer the questions that help buyers compare options and choose a next step. Clarify your expertise, support your claims and give each page a purpose.
Deliverable: Question map, editorial priorities and reviewed page copy.
Turn the agreed findings into working improvements across metadata, internal links, accessible content and structured data.
Deliverable: Versioned changes and checks before and after release.
Connect search and AI discovery observations with visits, qualified inquiries and business outcomes. Establish the available baseline and agree on what to review next.
Deliverable: Measurement definitions, dated observations and an improvement backlog.
AN EVIDENCE-LED PROCESS
Agree on audience, expertise, offers and the outcome that matters. Confirm which facts, sources and examples can be published.
Inventory existing pages and available data. Missing access is recorded as unmeasured, not zero traffic. Identify trust and technical issues before proposing more content.
Improve selected pages and their discovery paths. Check claims, sources, mobile presentation, HTML, metadata and structured data before an approved release.
Repeat the agreed measurements with context and dates. Refine content and implementation without attributing every change to a single intervention.
SCOPE AND LIMITS
Clear expectations matter more than a promise to appear in every answer.
Explore our engineering field notes →Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) is the practice of making useful, trustworthy information easier for search and AI answer systems to discover, understand and cite. It combines clear answers, identifiable expertise, supporting evidence and accessible web content. It does not give a publisher control over an AI system's response.
No. Crawlable pages, useful content, sound site architecture and accurate metadata still matter. AEO adds attention to the questions people ask, how claims retain their meaning when extracted and whether answers refer to the right sources.
No provider can guarantee that an AI system will cite a page or that a search engine will award a particular position. We scope the research, content, technical implementation and verification we can deliver. Outcomes remain subject to the platform, competition and the available evidence.
An agreed URL inventory, findings with supporting evidence, a prioritized fix list, proposed owners and acceptance checks. We distinguish what was inspected from what still requires access. The report is not a platform certification or a promise of AI visibility.
Yes, implementation can be included after reviewing the website, repository, hosting and approval requirements. We agree on changes, test them in isolation and prepare recovery before a separately approved release. An audit does not authorize production changes.
A score summarizes a tool's selected inputs and method. Our scoped review examines specific pages and records the evidence behind each finding, the proposed correction and how it will be checked. Where AI answers are sampled, we record their conditions and limits rather than treating one response as universal visibility.
We agree on a question sample and record the system, date, language, search availability and cited URLs. We compare these observations with available search, referral and business data. Answers can vary between runs; citations without clicks and visits without a referrer can remain unobserved.
No. Structured data must describe the visible page, and llms.txt is an optional discovery aid—not a guarantee of inclusion. Neither replaces source quality, accessible HTML, indexability or genuinely useful content.
Not by default. We can scope email strategy, content and implementation, but a contact form is not newsletter permission. Sender identity, consent, suppression, unsubscribe behavior and delivery handling need validation before any approved sending.
Yes. Marketing is led by an AEO specialty, while cloud infrastructure, agent systems, software development and integrations remain part of Cendar Lab. The project determines whether marketing, engineering or both are needed.
We review the current site, goals, available access, content and implementation requirements before proposing deliverables, responsibilities, pricing and review points. There is no universal package, fixed delivery promise or prepaid ranking outcome on this page.
